OPEN Health has announced the acquisition of London-based agency ARK, in a bid to strengthen omnichannel capabilities and enhance their global creative, digital-first resources with omnichannel campaigns.
In terms of scale, the acquisition means OPEN Health will now consist of approximately 875 people in 16 locations across 6 different countries including the USA, UK, The Netherlands, Germany, India and China.
The merger enhances and supports OPEN Health’s positioning – deep, broad, and united:
