Hugo Fry, Managing Director at Sanofi in the UK said,“We are delighted to unveil our new headquarters and it has been an honour to welcome the Rt Hon Matt Hancock MP, Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, to today’s event. Thames Valley Park is well located and connected, but also home to global technology leaders and one of the best places for life sciences in the world. We paid particular attention to designing a space that promotes the health and wellbeing of our employees.”
In opening the new headquarters, Sanofi consolidated its Guildford, Oxford and Maidenhead offices to provide a collaborative working environment and encourage more opportunities for cross-collaboration and diversity in support of innovation.
Sanofi is actively seeking to recruit at least 50 new roles in the coming months, in addition to 10 graduate students via its new Aspiring Leaders programme, and is looking forward to engaging with and supporting local Berkshire communities via employee volunteering days and longer-term initiatives.
