Synergy Vision is gearing up for global growth with the appointment of Vonnie Alexander as non-executive director. 

This comes after the Australian office doubled business in the Asia-Pacific region this year and sustained expansion across all other markets.

Alexander, founder of I am… executive and leadership coaching, is a positive and highly commercial business leader with over 20 years marketing services experience across small, large, independent and networked agencies. In 2002, she co-founded Kitcatt Nohr, selling to Publicis in 2011 and remaining as managing director, with a global remit, until 2015. Alexander formerly worked with a raft of blue-chip clients for agencies including Bates/ 141 Communications, Carlson Marketing and RAPP (WWAV Rapp Collins), as well as in-house as marketing manager at beauty brand Yves Rocher.

Alexander’s agency-side experience complements that of Barry Dawber, fellow non-executive director at Synergy Vision and a commercial director at one of Europe’s biggest manufacturers of retailer own-brand household and personal care goods, who brings fresh perspective from the FMCG sector, as well as exceptional knowledge and understanding of procurement in ‘big’ industry.
